Comments
Easy travel in the forest up the Wedgemount trail with mid-boot-top ski pen in the new snow just below the hut. Could see debris in most Avi paths from Sunday's cycle but pretty well covered with new snow. No fresh avalanches except very small point releases on steep rocky cliffs in the sun. Sun crust under the new snow around the east side of Parkhurst. Couldn't get anything to move with belayed ski cuts into N couloir. Decent sluffing as we worked down it. Firm with some rocks at the top and then boot-top pow on the apron.
