Comments
Went out to Million Dollar Couloir today. On northly aspects it felt like a weird, inconsistent snowpack was forming. Small but very cohesive slabs, and sluffing, from the cold dry snow being deposited on the Northerly slopes by the wind change. Saw evidence of a size 1.5 slab that looked fresh, just down and 50m to the east of MDC, and on the same n aspect.
