March 16, 2010 - Cornerbrook, NL CAF Fundraiser.  7:30-9:00 pm in Room 315 at Sir Wilfred Grenfell College. Come out and see Scott Grant’s great images of snowmobiling in the Lewis Hills as well as the latest avalanche mapping of this popular area. March 17, 2010 - Calgary Sponsor Event. The Canadian Avalanche Foundation is hosting a sponsor event on March 17th aboard the historic and award winning Canadian Pacific Rail Car. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the CP Rail avalanche that claimed the lives of 58 workers. There has been great progress in the science, technology and education of avalanches as we have journeyed forward. This evening will celebrate that progress, journey and the love that allows it to happen.

March 19, 2010 - Banff Rose & Crown CAF Fundraiser.  Join us in Banff on Friday, March 19^th for a CAF fundraiser at the Banff Rose & Crown.  The $20 admission price includes door prizes and raffle items that won’t disappoint and live music by Bow Valley favorites Hard Drive. Tickets are available at the Banff Rose & Crown, Valhalla Pure Outfitters Canmore, Spirit West Calgary or the CAF office in Canmore at (403) 678-1235.
